Stepping out for a little mother/daughter pampering, Beyonce Knowles was spotted out with Tina for a mani/pedi treatment in New York City on Wednesday night (December 7).
The expecting singer braved the wet Big Apple weather as she and her mom stopped into Sakura Nails before emerging with bright blue nail polish to match her Christian Louboutin heels, all the while giving her growing baby bump a gentle rub en route to her nearby ride.
The outing comes as Beyonce has been dealt an undesirable ruling by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos - who just approved a lawsuit against her leveling charges of breach of contract.
While the "Dance For You" singer was hoping to have the case tossed, the judge decided that video game maker Gate Five LLC is allowed to proceed with their $100 million lawsuit - which stems from the claim that Beyonc� ?double crossed? them by abandoning its project to make a dance game titled "Starpower: Beyonce."
The company alleges ?bad faith breach of contract so callous that, on what appeared to be a whim, she destroyed Gate Five?s business and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas [2010\].?
Meanwhile, Knowles' lawyers counter that their client was in the right due to the fact that Gate Five didn't hold up to the stipulation of obtaining financing for the project by the mid-November 2010 deadline.
